Flexi Recruitment Services LTD is committed to eliminating Modern Slavery, Forced Labour, Human Trafficking, and similar human rights abuse in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

 

Flexi Recruitment Services LTD is committed to ensuring that its employees and any workers it supplies (directly or indirectly) are not subject to behaviour or threats that Modern Slavery, Human Trafficking, Forced Labour and similar human rights abuse.

 

Flexi Recruitment Services LTD provides appropriate training and awareness information for all its staff:

-Providing awareness training to staff on the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and informing them of the appropriate action to take, if they suspect a case of Modern Slavery or Human Trafficking.

 

-Any staff, workers or other parties are strongly encouraged to report any concerns or suspicions that they might have to the Senior Management team, to be escalated to the board of directors.

 

Reports surrounding these issues are taken extremely seriously by our directors, who are committed to ensuring that all investigations shall be prompt and effective. If our investigations reveal any issues, we are committed to taking appropriate action, including but not limited to:

-Working with the appropriate organisations to improve standards.

-Passing details to appropriate law enforcement bodies.

 

We regularly monitor our risks in this area and will continue to take action to embed a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery.

 

Flexi Recruitment Services LTD are members of Stronger Together, we work collaboratively together to reduce forced labour, human trafficking and other hidden third-party labour exploitation of workers in supply chains.

This policy was adopted on 28th July 2025 after being agreed by our board of directors. It is reviewed biannually.
